Can't 'save' pictures...HELP!!

Hi All!
Mrs Vansboy installed a trial version of Nero & now we can't get anything to save or display.
other than our existing albums.
What has she done wrong ?

nero is a bit of a sneaky one when installing or at least nero 7 is,
it by default opens loads of file types with its own viewer program. try right clicking on a picture and open with. then click on windows in the next dialog and then always use this program.0
