What happens to money transferred to a closed account in error?

My sister today transferred £200 into my bank account however she never checked the details with me and sent it to my old account with Halifax that I closed a year or so ago.
What will happen to this money? Will it "bounce back" to her account?
I'd get her to call her bank (Alliance & Leicester) but she's at work now and can't call and I'm panicking in case the money is lost!!
Any help greatly appreciated

It will eventually 'bounce back' to her account, but expect some delay. Time will depend on back office administration, but should eventually get there.0

Thanks so much.
Turns out she did use the right details, it just hasn't shown up yet! I've told her to be sure before she scares me again :rolleyes:0
