Good. So we know its been set up correctly as monthly payments are how MPPI should be. Its single premium MPPI that is considered bad.Is this relevant to this issue of PPI reclaims
Only in the same way every single financial product is. savings accounts, pensions, life assurance, investments or whatever. If they have been mis-sold then you can complain.
There is nothing wrong with the MPPI product though. Indeed, the council of mortgage lenders actually considered it bad advice for it not to be recommended when appropriate.
So, why do you think yours was mis-sold?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. I believe it was sold at the time approx July 2003.
I have always had my own business which it Ltd and worked for myself albeit i am the only one on the books and was told it was necessary to have it.
They made it quite clear it was dangerous not too telling me i worked for myself and that if anything happened i wouldnt be able to pay my mortgage etc.
How would i send anything to the B&B as they no longer exist in fact it was the marketplace thingy i reckon.0 -

Which is correct and not grounds for mis-sale. That is grounds for taking out income protection. How would i send anything to the B&B as they no longer exist in fact it was the marketplace thingy i reckon.
You would send it to santander. However, at the moment, you havent given a reason why you think it was mis-sold.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
