gas in electric only house
i have inherited my dads house and we are getting gas central heating installed..problem is it has been electric only..could you advise how i get set up with gas and connected..ive been told that transco are the only company to do it and you then choose the supplier..is this true or if there is a choice of installers are you then having to use them as supplier as well...many thanks

Firstlu Transo no longer existed they dissappeared approximating 7 years ago and it is now National Grid, also dependant upon where the property is in the country it may or may not be an area where National Grid own the pipes.
