Advice please

I took a loan with A&L due to expire May next year with PPI, Im sure I completed a form in a newspaper but cant be sure. I have ticked the box as I thought I wouldnt get the loan if i didnt accept the PPI, what do you reckon the chances are of reclaiming...advice please??

I would check for more details on the link below, if your not sure contact them to ask them they will confirm how it was sold to you.

Maybe a SAR would help, its optional but you must enclose £10 cheque or postal order for this request, they have 40 days to comply and send all they hold on the account.

Thanks I may just do that, I am waiting to hear back from them but I deffo thought it was part of the agreement and I dont remember speaking to anyone about it, it was one of the forms/leaflets from the paper. I will see what they come back with, but thanks0
