I downloaded the questionaire so i can fill it in to claim back my ppi, but when i open it, its all squashed together.

I've heard a few mention this now.
Wonder if it will make any difference downloading it from the FOS website, do not get this confused with complaints form from their site though, the questionnaire you will note on the site is shown as Payment Protection Insurance.....
