A question regarding accepting returns.

I always offer no hassle returns and it's always worked a treat, up until now.
Got an item coming back from overseas, it should, I think, be here by now and the buyer didn't return it tracked.
Where do I stand if the said item doesn't turn up? Not morally, I can work that out for myself, but with ebay/paypal?
It's an issue I've never encountered before.
Cheers muchly.

There shouldn't be a moral issue either, if it doesn't arrive then the buyer should be able to claim from the carrier.:www: :: MFi3 ::
