First CC bill

last month applied and got a barclaycard platnium.

This is my first CC.

I spent £40 on it last week, which now shows on my account.

I cant find anywhere on mybarclaycard.com as to when the payment is due....

1) does the statements come at a set time - then say payment due 5 days after that?

But when does the statement come!?

2) I set up a direct debit to pay the min payment - just to make sure i dont miss a payment and ruin the 0% purchase offer - but mybarclaycard states next payement = minimum amount £0.00

Your statement comes at a set time each month.
You won't really know until the first one (unless you phone them up and ask).
You will get about 2-4 weeks to pay, plenty of time.
If you are worried about making payments on time, then a direct debit is a very good idea, because it will mess up your credit rating if you miss payments so you don't want to do that.

but mybarclaycard states next payement = minimum amount £0.00

This is probably because a statement has not been generated yet, so no payment is due yet.
