Restaurant discounts in London on a Friday?

Hi all.
I'm off for a day and night out in London this Friday. Wondered if anyone knew of any decent restaurants that were offering discounts or 2 for 1s?
I checked the weekly email but they all seem to be Sun - Thurs as usual. So wondered if anyone knew of decent independent eateries that offered such things?

The food at St. Martin's in the Fields is very reasonable ( as good as 2-4-1 in a chain),very good home-cooked and plenty of it. They are also licensed if you want a drink.
