Overseas Withdrawal Account

I am trying to find a solution for my situation an possibly many of other peoples. I work overseas within the europe area but could possibly travel as i work for a major tour operator.
I get paid into my UK bank account and to withdraw at an ATM is free until 1st November with Nationwide till now.
Does anybody know what i should do now?

Do you live in/near, or pass through London?
Metrobank is the answer, but you have to open the account in branch.0
