Holiday pay while on long term sickness

My husband is off on incapacity, and has been for over a year now. Does this article mean that he can claim for four weeks full pay ??

Is he still employed or did he have to give up his job?

If he's still employed I would say yes he should speak to his employer.

Yes it is correct you still accrue Holiday pay whilst on Sick Leave, definately woth a phonecall to Employer.

He is still employed and handing in sick lines. He doesn't get any company sick pay, only incapacity benefit....so you think he should get his full rate holiday pay ??
