Where's my spam gone?

Just out of interest, I've regularly been getting about 20 spam messages a day which go straight to my junk mail folder, but now nothing. Of course this is a good thing but it seems strange for them just to stop. It's been this way for about a week and I hope it continues. Have the authorities been closing down spam servers?

my spam recieving is the same, sometimes get >10 a day but the past week I have only had 2 in total. I use gmail so have never had a single spam in my inbox so I dont really mind how much I recieve, but I like you sometimes wonder why it varies so much too.0

Mine doesn't normally very too much though but to go to zero is a pleasant surprise.0
