So, I have just found out from my sister that our youngest sister has been given an overdraft by HSBC. My concern is that she is too young to understand money, and that she never asked for an overdraft. She has got a letter through the post saying that they have given her an overdraft facility. I don't even understand how…

Oh yea contact FOS waste time, Where as she could just call or go to a branch and ask them to remove it. Simple as that instead of wasting man hours. your sister wont even have a credit file if shes under 18 its impossible.

It's not the biggest issue in the bank history.
