Citibank flexible saver and the telephone PIN

A quick warning to anyone who has one of these accounts - don't lose/forget your telephone PIN.
I managed to do that and even though I have every bank statement they ever sent me, they refused to believe I was me when I rang them. To add insult to injury, they deleted my linked account in error and because I didn't have a telephone PIN, I couldn't resinstate the account. Plus, when they did try to reissue me a telephone PIN, it was lost in the post - twice.
Fortunately I have now received my PIN - one month later - and moved my money away from them. I won't be banking with this lot again....ever.
