So much I hadn't appreciated about this situation. For instance, that STOs aren't processed in the same way that automatic minimum payments are. I had no idea about the pitfalls of STOs missing payment dates by virtue of falling at weekends, or indeed that some of these credit cards don't allow you to make your own payment plan (if I understand you correctly).
I'm slightly freaked out that you suggested Blackheath for fish and chips, as that's where I actually live...0 -
Ha! Small world - I don't live there but I did buy fish and chips there once - most I have ever paid for them :eek: - dunno why it occurred to me, but when I thought so what could we then do with the £17 leftover, I first thought "go out for a celebratory meal", then I thought "its not enough" then "what a about fish and chips" then "now £17 is too much for fish & chips!". That's when I introduced Blackheath to balance the accountI am slightly freaked out that you suggested Blackheath for fish & chips, as that's where I actually live...
