prepaid card abroad

Hi,
I am going away for 6 months to NZ, Oz and SE Asia and need some help RE money. I have a natwest debit card which I obviously do not want to use so Im looking into prepaid cards. I have trawled so many sites and my head is swimming with all the different options, but as far as I can make out the Fairfx Card Anywhere card seems pretty good, as does the Escape and Caxton. I think I will go with the Fairfx but I just wanted some feedback about what other people thought about it, or even some advice if you think it is a good idea or not??
