No student loan statement this year?

Options
Has anyone receive a non-graduate student loan statement this year?

The most recent entry on my account is this:
17/09/2009 Post Non Graduate IC Statement

Also, the interest on my loan hasn't been calculated since 30/06/2010, whereas this was previously done monthly (even when the rate is 0%, the date still updated).

Has there been some delay in issuing the statements this year?

Have you graduated yet? SLC does not have to generate the statement at the same time each year. It will depends what other paperwork they need to generate. They usual try and do it over over a quiet weekend for their system.

    Still nothing...

No, I haven't graduated yet - currently in my final year. Received a statement in October 2009 for the year to 31/08/2009.

The reason why I want a statement is that my loan balance shows incorrectly on their website (it is higher than it should be). Interest has been calculated up to 30/06/2010 apparently. But the amount doesn't correlate with either interest up to this date or with interest added to the end of last month :(
  • I had to ring up to get my statement. If you ring the number for the repayment line and give them the dates you want the statement for, they will send it in the post. They can also give you a balance over the phone, which if it does not seem correct you can query etc.

To be fair was it last year that interest was 0%? i doubt it would have gone up much at all :)
  • I'm in my final year and nothing yet. Want it to come through as I did a placement year last year where my employers were kind enough to pay a chunk off mine for me so need to check it's all gone through properly. Maybe after the next payment date in Jan they'll have more time
