Ebay classified ??

I have been trying to post a classified ad on ebay but when i use "list classified " link it takes me back to listing screen and only offers auction or buy it now. Tried three times and even to last screen no option comes up ??
Stupid thing is i used classified last month and had no problem.
Any help gratefully received. Thanks .
