Santander are the worst bank ever

OMG! I have had so many problems with my accounts since Santander took over Abbey and they have just added another one to the list today.
I am selling my flat and need to extend the lease hold. Management Company today informed me the cheque I sent them for their admin fee (£88.13) was sent back to them today for insufficient funds. I have in my account over £9k! I am so angry with the continued incompetence. Once I have moved I am getting a new bank and closing my Abbey account down for good.

have you spoke to the bank as to why this happened? Best do this as if they have returned a cheque then you will get charged for this so make sure this doesnt happen"If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

The management company are going to send it on to me and then I will contact Santander. There is no charge showing on my account yet but will now keep an eye out so thank you for telling me that Jeff. xThank you all who post.0
