Print last page seperately? - MS Word 2007

Hi all, I have a Project Tracking Document, and the last page is a 'Receipt' style page that the Project Managers get to keep, once they've submitted their project paperwork in for auditing. This page is automatically populated with some details from the main section of the document, and so printing the receipt page entirely separately isn't going to work.

I want to be able to print the documents double-sided (which works fine), but I always want this receipt page to be printed on it's own.

Any ideas?

* I don't want to print a blank page inbetween the last page of the documentation and the receipt though! That's cheating!

  • Guessing here but
Set Whole Doc to Print double
Goto last page In Print Preview
    PAge Setup
    Select Paper
Change to Manual ???? Tray apply from this point forward

Really am guessing here , but try with 2 sheets see what happens.

INSERT > BREAK > "section break: odd page" at the end of the text in the main document (before the receipt), this should ensure that the receipt is printed on an odd numbered page and hence will be on its own separate page regardless of whether the main doc has an even or odd numbered page.

    I think this should work?

Hey, thanks for this. Looks like this has done the trick. Hugely appreciated, thanks again.
