Pin No not working at A&L AGAIN!!!!

I am so frustrated. I have been sent pin number after pin number so I can access my A&L Internet Account - none of them work and all I get told is 'we'll send you another one'. Tried the 4th one today and it didn't work either and because I could not remember what my last purchase was with my debit card I did not pass their security - NOW I have to go into an A&L branch with my passport to prove who I am!!! This is driving me nuts................HELP please!

There's really only one piece of advice anybody can give... and that's switch to a bank that doesn't treat you with such contempt.
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

How are you expecting us to help, exactly?

Perhaps you think one of us is the CEO of Alliance and Leicester?

This is happening to me also with santander i opened an account at the start of september i have like 5 sheets with different codes and they dont work. Im getting annoyed and worst of all they send them out 2nd class post.
  • When you order your next code, don't use your internet bank or debit card until code arrives (5-10 days I was quoted), if you do use it you'll lock it again. You'll have to go to branch to unlock the account and no doubt be told there's nothing wrong with it.

Move banks, it's easier and quicker.
Santander are awful - mission in life is to warn people since 17-Sep-10, 18-Sep-10 realised one of thousands.
