After advice from other site users - thank you to all who adviced, I changed my firewall provider to zone alarm - however I unistalled norton and installed zone alarm, every day I get an update advice, whenever I try and install it it gets to 9% and a window pops up saying:
The file C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\temp.log could not be opened. Access Denied.
What am I doing wrong?????

Try turning off ZA temporarily, then doing the install.

It couldn't be you have Windows 98, could it? I think I read somewhere that Zone Alarm firewall updates no longer work with this operating system... but maybe I'm confusing that with something else.0
