help calculating redundancy notice pay above £380 limit by RPO

Hi, i was made redundant back in the summer and i'm waiting for my ex employer to go into company voluntary arrangement (cva) with an administrator appointed.
i have worked out my statutory redundancy pay which can be paid by the redundany payments office (RPO) upto a max of £380 for each full year completed.
i am also due holiday pay of 3 days - will the RPO pay the full amount i am due for these days, or do they have a limit?
i recieved 4 weeks notice on the final day of my employment, i was paid all wages due but told not to work my notice period as the company couldnt pay the money. am i right in thinking that the RPO will only pay a maximum of £380 per week for the 4 weeks - this amounts to less than my gross monthly salary, can i claim the remaining monies (difference) from my employer albeit via the appointed administrator?
finally, by not working my notice period of 4 weeks as i was only informed of my redundancy the day before, does this count as unfair dismissal? and should i claim for this on the RP1 form with the RPO?
i know i will have to pay tax on these except the statutory redundancy payment and that the RPO will deduct an assumed tax amount, is it best to claim everything gross and then sort out my tax and the end of the year.
many thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
