Barclaycard timewasting

Today I received a limited promotion flyer for Barclaycard premium. This is a complete waste of time as they know I don't fit the criteria.
I'm under 21 and a student (so therefore not earning the minimum required!)
What would be helpful would be if they fixed the student barclaycard application page on their internet banking (the apply button is missing in all browsers!) as this is a card I would be suitable for (and would use for online purchases and then repay in full!)
