GL finding a case, they dont do court and if they ever did it was either a setup or filed to incorrect address and won by default.

    Just ignore please.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

    PRESS THANKS

Without judging you, you may, nevertheless, find others are a little reticent given some otherwise somewhat strange posts emanating from posters who in the same week all claim to have lost cases to UKCPS by following advice from forums - though which one is not specified.

Would I be correct in assuming that this letter relates to the incident set out in this thread? If so you might want to keep all of the information together in a single place rather than have it dotted around the forum.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

without judging you, I am unaware of these previous posts. This post is not in relation to my original post as you linked. I am only asking a question of whether somebody has recently been to court. Thankyou for your informative post nevertheless.
