Ben Sherman cufflinks arrived - didn't pay a penny, but it was a rather strange delivery!

a man in a suit, from a very flashy exec saloon car (recently polished too) came up the drive with a clip board.

weird! but not complaining. Although the other delivery still has come yet.

Phoned them this evening. Very nice girl said this was the last day for this promotion. She made no comment when I said my order was only for £4.99, the T-shirt was in stock and should be with me in about 10 days.

I rung my order through today, a £4.99 t-shirt. The woman was very snotty and explained the idea was to order something over £5, my reply I know that, but it wouldn't be a freebie then would it!!

She was NOT impressed, and said my order would be with me within 5-10 working days, then put the phone down!!

How rude i'd complain about that kind of service. If i'd been spoken to like that i wouldn't order from them again so she's bad for the company. If u were meant to spend over 5 pounds that should have been in t&c. I really think you should e mail them about how rude there staff are and suggest further trainning might be required.

Now i've got the catalog and freebie and seen the great prices chances are i'll order from them again without this freebie i would never have know about them

hi we got our 2 freebies yesterday a tshirt for oh and a jessica rabbit ring spun tshirt for moi (sent to another addy) very pleased with them. I have also sen the great prices in the catalouge and will use them again. without the freebie i would never have known about m and m!
