Well you did say that you made a few orders and some under £5 so that is the only facts I have. MSE is all about helping each other save a few quid not blatantly ripping companies off. The end result is companies stop making these type of codes available.

I am pretty sure that last time I ordered I could track the order... but I can't see that option now. Am I being thick? The help says

"Can I track an order?
On the home page there is a 'trace your parcel' facility"

The the only thing I can find is 'ParcelTracker' which is just a webform to complete if your order has no been received within 7 days....

I was expecting to be able to logon and see the status of my order.
