I tried again with a different email address and it worked.
My first try was with my Fresh home registered email, and they said that I was still entitled, but it does look like its for new users?

Printed off my coupon as it didn't give an option for postal coupons...and I redeemed mine in wilkinsons where the candles in a thick glass jar are on offer at £2.97...popped across to sainsburys to find that the same candle is on offer at £6.00...so a great freebe...frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

You need to submit an email that you've never registered with them before. It worked for me, then once it has finished printing press F5 and another should print. I got two.0
