If thats expressly the case, then its an unfair contract and thus it can be legally repudiated.Its probably written into contract . employees handbook

Don't be surprised if they try and go back to her once they realise you are ignoring them, their terms and conditions of their scam gives them the right to harass the RK of the vehicle, but as its a complete scam she can also ignore them
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
