It's actually amazing the amount that do but if you do expect people to have a look. But if people say they have problems with their accounts it's nice to have all the information.

    ristricked

That isn't text speak, that's just evidence of someone who was a stranger to this countries educational system.

It's not a coincidence that text speak seems to be used by rude, aggressive or plain ignorant people. I've had the misfortune to deal with quite a few bad sellers, and buyers, and almost all of them sent indecipherable messages akin to yours.

Had this sort of problem, not once, not twice, three times, after which I vowed NEVER to use PayPal again.

For that reason, I do not use it, it's a complete load of cr*p.

Ringing them they have no clue what there on about, complete waste of time to try dealing with them, a law to themselves.

    Steer clear of PayPal!

Regards OP feedback, which I have not viewed, that a side, PayPal should not be holding funds that feedback HAS been left for, simple, but they enjoy changing that rule

There you have your complete explanation as to why you were high risk and restricted, 3rd party access means your account is not secure and you need to look at your security issues.

You should be thanking paypal for limiting access to your account and potentially saving your money whilst you sort out where your security is poor.

As for text speak, I have 3 sons who send me texts all the time, but they do still make sense, it tends not to be a stream of unconnected words and letters.

Before you start slagging off other people's lack of education (which I always find rather rude and unnecessary), I think you'll find that in your first sentence you mean "country's" rather than using the plural "countries".
    :D
Always amazes me when I see feedback like that, that people continue to buy from these sellers - one look at that and I'd be out of there like a shot!

Text speak when you talk to your m8s is fine, but not when you are the only one using it on a board where it's quite obviously not used.... then of course people will think that you can only write text speak....
I wonder is soolin's son's texts to their friends would still make sense, but at least they know how to change their style according to their audience....
  • Looking at the FB and the value of items sold I don't really see how you had that much in PP.

But you'd have had less of a problem if you had withdrawn to the bank then done a transfer to your brother.
 I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex

I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )
