Still waiting for bright white teeth

Hello Folks
I am new to this to please bear with me.
I saw an add on the MSE site regarding products for whitening teeth at discount prices at the beginning of September. One was through a company called Bright White and the other Idol Beauty (both American Companies). The link on the MSE site said that if I applied before a certain date in September, I could receive both these products for just for the cost of the posting. I did this (payment was made through the websites with my debit card) and so far to date I have had £113.30 in total taken from my bank account, but I have not received either of the products!!
I have finally managed to get through to one of the companies on the phone tonight (after a total of about 25 minutes as I had to phone back about 5 times, because I kept getting disconnected) and I was assured that my product had been shipped, but my subscription would be cancelled and I would not be billed for any further products, even though I haven't received any so far!
I got so sick of holding on to get though to an advisor for the other company that I gave up the will and am going to try to write to them as they have an address in England.
Is there anything that I can do about this money that has been taken from my bank account for the products I have not received? What do I do if I don't get my money back - just put it down to bad experience? Can anyone advise please??

Hi This is a scam ( I fell for it too) though I paid by credit card and am therefore trying to get cc company to repay. You need to cancel the agreement with them otherwise they will keep taking money. My cc co says that they will keep taking money from my card unless I cancel with Bright White. I have not received any goods. If I were you would contact your bank to see if they will stop the payments and also read other threads on this forum- there are numerous teeth whitening scams and I have found useful info on how to deal with them on other threads. Coudl you please post the tel nos and addresses you have found? Thanks0
