Standing Order Payment

Hi, I am new and hopefully posting in the right place.

My personal account is with LloydsTSB and I have had a Standing Order payment come off for my joint account with my fiance for the past 5 years.

The account is with the Bank of Scotland and we use it for paying the mortgage and bills.

All of a sudden after no problems what-so-ever, the payment has left my account as usual and not gone into the joint account.

Lloyds say it has been received by BOS but BOS say they don't have it and they are blaming each other and I can't get anywhere. My money is lost in cyberspace and none of them can tell me why.

They expect me just to be able to whip more money out of nothing to pay it again, we're speaking about £350, not £3.50.

Any help would be much appreciated.
