Win a Family Adventure Holiday Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to residents of the UK only.
2. Children under 12yrs must have the signature of consent from their parent or Guardian
3. Closing date for entries is 30th December 2010.
4. One entry per person.
5. No purchase necessary.<LI sizset="16" sizcache="7">The Prize consists of:
   - A Nomad Living Camper Van with all the kit you need for a weeks camping (see Nomad Living terms and conditions below for full details)
   - An overnight stay at Seckford Hall Hotel To include:Dinner (from our fixed price menu) bed and breakfast for two adults and two children in our Lower Granary Suite. The suite has a four poster bedroom and a separate bedroom for the children, living room and luxury bathroom with spa bath The winners will also be able to use the leisure centre which has a swimming pool and gym. The winner must book their room in advance and will be available Monday to Friday only. Excludes Christmas and New Year, February 14th and Easter weekend
6. There is no cash substitute.
7. The prize is non transferable.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
9. The winning entrant will be selected by an independent judge from all completed entries with the correct answer and notified by phone or email by 10th January 2010.
10. The postal and the online entries will be amalgamated and one winner will be drawn.
11. Please allow 28 days for appropriate prizes to be delivered.
12. Two attempts to contact the winner will be made after which a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forsaken. Winners must respond to the promoter within 14 days of being contacted. Winners that respond after that period, will not be eligible for the prize if a second winner has been contacted.
13. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition if is felt that it has been in any way fraudulently entered.
14. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By accepting the prize the winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The winner's name and location will be available by sending a SAE marked 'Scooby Holiday' to the Promoter BEFORE the 14th January 2010
