Tiscali disconnecting every night at about 11.30

Hi,
Is anyone else suffering this problem. Every night around 11.30 my internet connection goes. Stays offline for about 30mins - 1hr. Then comes back very slow.
It has been like this for a week now.
My post code is SA15 2DF if that makes a difference. And my connection is 1mb.
Thanks for any help.

I would edit that post code out and just tell people where is your BT/Phone exchange is. And how far away you are e.g. Belfast 5 miles. So that means noone knows where I live 5 miles radis etc. and not a post code that is a street or a few streets.

I hate Tiscali, i have there broadband and 70% of the time i get no service! they blamed it on BT who have been out and completly replaced all the cables and wires right out to the post!
We rang to cancel they threw the contract at us, we tried to argue that THEY arn't sticking to the contract, and they didn't help us at all! we were on the phone for 2 hours and had a lovely big phone bill!
Now we are just stuck in limbo!:mad:

My line has been absolutly fine.

I think there has been an issue with the DNS servers, but that got resolved very quickly.

I would go to the CAB and ask them your right and since Tiscali is not up holding the contact because your service is not always on. See if you could sue them.
