Acer PC damaged in transit DHL - help please

I cannot be too much help with the box, I used a box that I had in doors. My advice would be to use as much bubblewrap that will fit in the box - places like yellowstorage will sell it in bulk and also put newspaper etc all around the edges. The thing about the original box seemed just as crazy to me, it's like they want it to get damaged. If I was in this situation again I'd insist they send me a box, don't let them fob you off, after asking to speak to a manager I was eventually put through to the info team to speak to them at one point so they will take your call. If that doesn't work ring the head office. It's not easy to find a solid box that will fit the all in one pc's in. Also take pictures of the box and the packaging before sending it.
I hope you don't have the problems I had.
