Speakers sometimes "crackle" out loud

Hey Techie peeps :D

My laptop recently started making strange noises which I've narrowed down to the speakers. Took me a while :rotfl:

Anyway, it sounds like a connector or something may be loose but the noise seems to happen randomly and sounds like erm, well short sharp pulses like when you plug in speakers when they're switched on. Except it's quite loud irrespective of speaker volume, and it scares the s***e out of me  :o

It sometimes happens when I'm moving the laptop around but equally someitmes when I'm not even touching it and using a USB Mouse to control it

Can anyone help/advise with this pls? Typically it's just out of warranty not (28th Sept :wall: :o) and I want to make sure of what it really is ;)

Cheers
