Hi, ive recieved a parking ticket in Lidls Poole for £40, but its £70 if i dont pay in 14 days. Do i have to pay the ticket, they have photographic evidence!! I stayed in the car park for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, and admittedly i didnt do any shopping in there. I know its my own fault, help please. Thankyou

    Hi

My G/F in same boat today with Excel Parking all advice is sit tight ignore everything keep you nerve! If you read in to all the legal stuff the law is pretty much on your side.
Check out you tube and search for the watchdog clip on how to deal with penalty charge notices from private companies for some reassurance.
It appears they can't do jack all.

It's not hard. They just send junkmail. Nobody will be knocking on your door.
I don't think you've quite got your head around the fact this is a scam.
