Cahoot Taking Money Out of My Account

Hi Guys
Hoping someone can help, and to find out whether any cahoot customers have experienced the same as me.
Recently I had a refund from my insurance company of £6. However they refunded my old debit card. This took 2 months to sort out with cahoot, until I insisted they return this sum of money to my account immediately, which they did. They blamed a new computer system for the error and delay. I know it was only £6 but I doubt the treatment would have been any different if it was £6000.
Over a month ago, £200 had been taken out of my account with the description late ATM withdrawal. I had not been to the ATM within 2 weeks so I knew this was wrong. When I called at first, they told me to check I had not withdrawn anything that week. When I called again, they told me it was a new computer system error, but would offer an interest free overdraft for the £200.
I emailed them on Friday to say it had now been a month, and I did not want the interest free overdraft just my money back into my account that day, and that I felt a month was long enough to investigate any computer error.
I noticed this morning that my overdraft has been increased, despite not wanting this, and have just received an email from them saying they are still investigating and thanking me for my patience.
Has any other cahoot customer experienced the same?
Can anyone advise what I should do?
Many thanks

Cahoot = Santander, I think that explains it all really. I think they've had long enough to sort it out, so you need to make a formal complaint, then switch banks asap
