It doesnt work at all, regardless of the country.
Someone will correct me if i'm wrong but you cant "invoice" a person and chase them for payment unless there was an agreement in place prior.
You cannot fine them because - as someone previously pointed out - you have no authority to do so.

Im going to sue Bill Gates! On my Xbox i purposely opted out of marketing emails etc. Get Army of Two, play it and what happens.....the very next day i receive a marketing email from them :mad:

What would be the case if you had a notice on your door stating clearly what you didn't want to receive with a statement along the lines of "by ignoring the above you agree to the payment of a £10 charge"?Dogs have owners...my cat has slaves...0 -
