It doesnt work at all, regardless of the country.

Someone will correct me if i'm wrong but you cant "invoice" a person and chase them for payment unless there was an agreement in place prior.

You cannot fine them because - as someone previously pointed out - you have no authority to do so.

While threatening them may make you feel better, its certainly not going to line your pockets.

Im going to sue Bill Gates! On my Xbox i purposely opted out of marketing emails etc. Get Army of Two, play it and what happens.....the very next day i receive a marketing email from them :mad:

And no, i'm not being serious While its annoying especially as i've chosen not to be contacted by them or any third parties.....its as easy as clicking "delete".

What would be the case if you had a notice on your door stating clearly what you didn't want to receive with a statement along the lines of "by ignoring the above you agree to the payment of a £10 charge"?
