Hi I'm taking my daughter to London for 3 days 25 - 27 October. I was hoping to buy tickets for Wicked on the 25th - want good seats. Will I be ok buying them when we arrive on the morning of the 25th, either directly from the Theatre or the half price ticket stand. Do the shows get sold out?

I would book now - it's half-term week, it's already looking bust on Ticketmaster - there's very few cheaper seats left on any of the performances over 25th-27th October.

Wicked isn't currently on sale at TKTS as it generally manages to sell out most performances.

You could see what is on offer at the box office when you arrive - or book in advance to know you've got seats! There are no really awful seats at the Apollo Victoria in London, just be aware it is BIG and if you're in the circle or rear stalls you'll get a great overall view but perhaps not catching the expressions on the faces of the performers. Be aware also that if you buy cheaper seats (which I would highly recommend!! sat in a £25 seat and missed next to nothing of the show) you may just miss a few entrances and exits!!

There are day seats available from the box office - 24 front row seats released at 10am on sale for £25. Expect to queue early to ensure you get one - some days the queue begins at 7.30am and with it being half-term, I would imagine it would be that early..!
