A&L / Santander - tel no.?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a customer services number for A&L where you can actually speak to someone without having to give them a "telephone banking number", which I don't have/know?

I'm getting really peed off here, my local branch aren't answering the phone and I can't find a number on their website that'll put me through to a human being.

The telephone banking number is your customer pin - sure it mentions that it used to be the pin,
you use it to login online with along with your customer ID.

Thanks, eventually got through to my branch and a lady there told me to just hold the line when asked about the TBN...which worked.
