Don't have the car painted just because of a scratch, I and a lot of people have a good eye for paintwork and I would be suspicious to see the door and front bumper repaired ( and any of the other bit's to make it blend in). Plus, chances are if you had it resprayed, it would get scratched again then you would be back to square one.
It might be worth trying T cut colour polish, buy red to match your car and just use the colour polish on the scratches, keep building it up a thin layer at a time then polish the whole car with normal polish. It will need reapplying periodically but (in my opinion) better than touch up paint.
