Reclaiming against old Karen Millen Store Card - Formally Clydesdale

Hi,
I am looking to try and reclaim ppi from my old karen millen store card. When I opened this it was owned by Clydesdale, but it was taken over by Barclays Partner Finance.
I initially wrote (Last year) to Barclays and they said basically sorry not us its Clydesdale and they would pass my details on - however I have not heard anything further.
Would anyone have any suggestions on who is the best contact here - is it Clydesdales or BPF's responsibility?
Any advice would be gratefully received as would be looking to claim back quite a lot from them!!
Any Addresses would also be helpful.
Thanks in advance
Chantal

Hi there
They are correct that you should pursue the ones who originally set this up for you, but it seems they have not sent on your details.
However, they do have 8 weeks to give some sort of feedback, normally a decision by then.
I would personally start again if the 8 weeks have already passed, and send a copy of the letter you sent to the other company, I would also make them aware that you were informed that your original letter was supposedly sent to them too.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hello,
did you ever have any luck with claiming PPI from Karen Millen card? If so who did you write to in the end?
