Transfers from Dalaman Airport

Hello All,
I am travelling to Dalaman this weekend and staying in Olu Deniz. I have googled, read forums and going round in circles. Can anyone reccommend a value for money taxi service from the airport to Olu Deniz.
Reading various forums the shuttle buses and Havas are unreliable and I don't want to walk around trying to find a 'bus stop' so I have got my head around paying for a taxi but can see prices vary from £80 to £110.
Reliable reccommendation required please ! There is 2 of us travelling and I would be booking return transfers.
Thank you.

Hi imaan
Got back from Dalaman yesterday after a two week stay in marmaris about 75 minute journey from the airport.
like you we must have searched through every transfer company and didn't really know what to do for the best.
We ended up booking and paying before we went with Holiday Taxis they e-mail and post your confirmation, tell you where to meet their rep at the airport- you go outside and there is a whole row of transfer desks situated in part of the car park I think it was Desk 23- very easy to find.
Sign in and away you go - There were 9 people in the minibus so plenty of room, and we stopped for a refreshment break of about 15 minutes, the bus takes you to your hotel door but not to a private address.
At the end of the holiday you ring up and give your booking number and the receptionist tells you what time to be outside your hotel for pick up, he was 5 minutes early and we had an extra luxurious mini-bus back to the airport made even better as we were the only couple in it, the driver asked if we wished to stop or not and assisted us with our luggage taking us direct to departures before all the big company transfer buses had arrived-BRILLIANT!
The cost was £14 return each plus £1 booking fee so £29.00 then we recieved 10% back through Quidco ABSOLUTE HASSLE FREE AND RELIABLE -would I use again?? yes yes yes!:T

Please note its a shuttle mini-bus not a Taxi but when we used it we were not over loaded and they were fast and comfortable0 -
Thank you for the response MrFrostie.
My only concern about the shuttlebus is how long will I have to wait for other passengers they want to collect ? Did you have to wait ?
There is a £60 price difference from a private car and shuttle.0 -

Imaan,
we book holiday taxis through my work, and i believe the maximum waiting time before a shuttle departs is 1 hour.
however i would probably opt for the private car option. yes, it's more expensive, but it departs as soon as you are in the car, direct to your accommodation (no dropping others en-route) and the same on the way back.
In all the years i have used them - never had a problem.
Enjoy your holiday.I used to be a Travel Agent Used to be a travel agent for 23 Years, but now out of the industry. However I will help with what i can.0 -
A private transfer to Olu Deniz would be £40 each way.

Thank you all for posts. After looking at links and options I had choices :
1. shuttle bus (8-9 passengers) £40 rtn with a possible 1 hour wait and 90 min journey with stop offs.
2. private taxi (2-3 passengers) £100 rtn, no wait, man with name card as you come from terminal, 60 min journey, no stops.
First time in Dalaman, so I took option 2 ;-) maybe if I return and I know it a bit better then I may take option 1.
when I return I shall post a review....0 -

Thanks all for responses. I went with the transfers provided by my hotel (MOZAIK APARTMENTS, throughly reccommend staying here). Their sister company Dalamantransfers which cost me a neat £100, however there was a taxi waiting for me when I arrived and no hassle of sharing or waiting.
Next time, I would still take a private take as it was a 60 minute drive but try and pay a little less.
If you use a shuttlebus that is also a good option to save money.0
