Why can't I get a credit card?!

Hello,

I've been trying to apply for a new credit card. i have an excellent credit rating but I've recently applied for 3 (Tesco/sainsbury's/barclays) but all been rejected. I don't want to apply for any more as this could affect my credit rating??

Any thoughts?

Your credit rating obviously is not excellent as you have been turned down for 3 cards.

Can you give a little bit more info have you any credit cards at the moment
What is your salary
If you have credit cards what is your balance and limit.

If you applied for all those cards in the space of a week or month your credit history will be anything but perfect.

Leave it six months and try again.
