natwest advantage gold account and mobile insurance question

was wondering if anyone on here can help with a question i've got.

my husband has got a natwest advantage gold account, and with that he gets free mobile phone insurance. he already insures his phone with another insurer so we were wondering if i can insure my phone on his account? it states that you need proof of purchase to make a claim, which we have, but it is in my name as its my phone. is this allowed or will they deny any claim?

I thought it covered more than one phone. I might be wrong.

"Phones must be owned by account holder(s) or their family".

Double check this with the bank/insurance company, but this would suggest to me that your phone CAN be the one phone registered against your husband's sole Advantage Gold account.

sole account = 1 phone
joint account = 2 phones

& yes it does include family members phones - our joint ad gold covers the phones of our teenagers - me & OH phones are bog standard - we make & recieve calls - thats all we need!!!
