BT Accounts and Billing a nightmare

Hi I wondered if anyone else has had difficulties with BT Customer services and accounts dept.I agreed to pay them by DD to save the £1.50 a month they charge for non DD payments. They managed to take the payment the first month and have failed miserably on months 2 and 3 as a result I have paid by online transfer and Have told them I will continue to do so until they get there admin sorted. They insist that if I dont pay by DD I will have to pay the extra charge of £1.50 even though it is there incompetence that has led to this action.I told them I would not be paying it.I find there complaints procedure rubbish as they just phone you back to justify there actions and not respond to your complaint.Thats if they bother at all.Honestly if it wasnt for being tied in for at least 12 months I would change provider tomorrow.
DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEM OR IS IT JUST ME??

We are having a nightmare with BT they are constantly getting our bills mixed up sending automated phonecalls saying we havent paid the bill when we have paid, it's real pain in the rear, just wish there was a customer service centre instead of in india..
