Hi. can anyone give me some advice please.
My wife has a new (2 months) blackberry and for some reason whilst she was talking last night the screen went black and it turned itself off.
She put it on charge and it has come back on with all her settings the same as before like numbers, alarms, reminders etc but all the photos she had taken have gone.
Anybody got any idea why this could happen and is there a way of retrievibg the photos?
