restaraunts in Loughborough

Long shot i know but next Friday i will be staying at the Imargo hotel in Loughborough. I will not be arriving till around 21.30 so it will be a quick shower changed and something to eat. Can anyone tell me if there are any decent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel where preferably one does not have to book in advance.
Not bothered what country's cuisine it is

There is a Harvester virtually opposite Imago, if you just want something quick!

There is also a Harvester just across the road from The Imargo hotel in Loughborough, which is also know as Burleigh Court. The other two above are not in walking distance but are in the town centre. There is also another hotel next to the Harvester which use to be the Quality hotel and is now called link hotel which has just been refurbished. You can see details at the following link. Not sure what their meals are like though.
