You will get the chance to chat to Amanda, get tips and advice on recipes and nutrition and find out more about her Healthy Eating Challenges.
High Tea will be served from 3pm on 14th of October, and entries close at midnight on Sunday the 10th of October, so you don't have much time!
Email on the address below with competition in the subject header and your name, age, address, and contact number as well as the name of your intended companion to enter in the competition.
